¡Bienvenido!
In the culinary field, my future goals and aspirations revolve around refining my skills in menu development, food safety, culinary techniques, and event planning. I aim to excel in creating unique culinary experiences that delight and inspire. Additionally, I'm passionate about honing my leadership and customer service skills to further enrich my career in this dynamic industry.

I have valuable experience as a Chef at the Competition Menú Criollo Goya, where I showcased my culinary talents and creativity in challenging environments. I also worked as a Catering Assistant at Bon Appetit Catering, contributing to menu development and food preparation for various events.

Additionally, I had the incredible opportunity to participate in the Disney Culinary Program at Walt Disney World Resort. This hands-on experience allowed me to work in high-volume, fast-paced environments, including Kona Café at Disney’s Polynesian Resort, Epcot’s Food and Wine Festival, and as part of the Opening Team at Wailulu Bar and Grill. Through these roles, I gained expertise in diverse culinary techniques, kitchen operations, menu refinement with Disney’s Flavor Lab, and food safety practices, while receiving professional training from Disney’s top chefs.

Looking ahead, I'm excited to embrace new opportunities and continue my professional growth in the culinary arts. I am dedicated to expanding my knowledge and skills to positively impact the culinary world.
